Our Comprehensive Letting Services for Your Property Needs

We aim to take the stress out of property management and provide a service that prioritises your needs.

Tenant Introduction Service

Our Tenant Introduction Service is ideal for landlords who prefer to manage the property themselves but need expert assistance in finding the right tenant. We provide a comprehensive tenant search, ensuring you find the best match for your property.


  • Fee: 7% of the annual rent

Rent Collection Service

Leave the responsibility of rent collection to us with our Rent Collection Service .  We ensure that rent payments are made on time, giving you peace of mind.


  • Fee: 8% of the monthly rent  (For duration of Tenancy including renewals) 

Full Management Service

For a fully managed experience, our Management Service is the perfect solution. We handle everything from tenant management to property maintenance, ensuring your property is well looked after throughout the tenancy period.


  • Fee: 10% of the monthly rent  (For duration of Tenancy including renewals) 

Set Up & Referencing Fees

Our set-up fee covers the administrative work needed to establish the tenancy agreement, while the referencing fee ensures we thoroughly vet potential tenants to give you confidence in your selection.


  • Set Up Fee: £300 per agreement
  • Referencing Fee: £45 per reference

Landlord Renewal & Legal Services

We provide landlord renewal services to ensure your agreements remain up-to-date, as well as handling legal notices, should they be necessary.


  • Landlord Renewal Fee: £180 per agreement
  • Legal Notices: £50  for each notice 
  • Serving of Notices: Included with Rental Protection

Rental Protection Service

Our Rental Protection Service offers peace of mind, ensuring that your property is protected against potential non-payment of rent or other issues.


  • Fee: 3% of the monthly rent

Inspections & Inventory Services

We offer mid-term inspections to ensure your property is being well-maintained. Our inventory and check-out services are designed to provide clarity for both tenants and landlords.


  • Mid-term Inspection Fee: £60 per visit
  • Inventory & Check-Out Fees:

  • Studio: £130 Check-In / £130 Check-Out
  • 1 Bed: £140 Check-In / £140 Check-Out
  • 2 Bed: £150 Check-In / £150 Check-Out
  • 3 Bed: £170 Check-In / £170 Check-Out
  • 4 Bed: £180 Check-In / £180 Check-Out
  • Additional rooms: £10 per room

We offer essential compliance services, including Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), and Gas Safety Inspections (GSI) to ensure your property meets all necessary legal standards. Prices are available upon request.
